  For a company that advertises 100% satisfaction and on-time delivery, my experience fell far short of those expectations. I placed an order for a gift and paid an additional fee to guarantee delivery on a specific date to a residence. Unfortunately, the delivery date was missed, and it appears the order had not even been started. I made multiple attempts to contact the store by phone and left voicemails but did not receive any response. I also reached out to customer service via email and have yet to hear back. The lack of communication and follow-through has been disappointing. Based on this experience, I recommend confirming availability via phone and responsiveness before placing an order especially at this location. As it stands, I would consider alternative businesses that can provide more reliable service and communication.

  Very difficult to get a hold of if you do not go in person. If you order for a specific day and pay extra do not expect it to be delivered on time. Horrible customer service

  My sister spent $100 on an arrangement to commemorate my child birth over the weekend. The delivery girl called me 10pm on Thursday night saying she was going to deliver but never did. So my sister reached out and they said it would be today and still never came. So I guess $100 down the drain??? Idk. Called corporate and they filed a formal complaint but we’ll see what happens.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I placed an order for a sympathy theme fruit tray to be delivered on March 6th for a family friend who just lost his sister. I wanted their family to have it for the service the following day. The order was never delivered, and I received no phone call, no response to emails, and no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts to reach them. Extremely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing, especially given the circumstances. The lack of communication was unacceptable. Now I need a refund so we can take our business elsewhere.
