The quality of the items stood out right away—well-made pieces at really good prices, especially with the sales they had going on. The store layout was neat, spacious, and easy to navigate, which made shopping comfortable and stress-free. Everything felt organized and well thought out, from clothing sections to accessories. Overall, the vibe of the store was just good—good quality, good sales, good setup, and an all-around pleasant experience. Definitely a store I’d recommend and return to. 🛍️✨

- MRMckenzie RillingDec 11, 20251.0MEAN, HATEFUL, DISRESPECTFUL WOMEN (all of them but especially this one whom screamed at us) … We were looking for an associate to help us check out and we FINALLY FOUND ONE LADY AT JEWELRY! We were in line to check out and she told us to go to another place for them to check us out… we said “we didn’t see anyone over there…” and she proceeded to scream saying “UH yes there is!!! She’s been there all night!!!” Worst experience ever! We are the nicest people ever and never leave review but this was mind blowing how hateful this woman was… the others smiled and laughed at us and whispered behind our backs. I HATE THIS BELKS! Fire these women ALL OF THEM (at the registers) ESPECIALLY THE LADY AT JEWELRY! Photo of woman at jewelry included above. (If management would like a photo of the woman I’d be happy to show you. Just figured I shouldn’t post it here )
