The excuse I was given was “we are really busy and can’t reattempt delivery”. If you’re really busy, then hire additional drivers. Additionally, website said my location was within free delivery range but I was still charged for it.

When she arrived to pick her order up the fruits that was supposed to go with the order was not the fruits she ordered for her arrangements. PLEASE get it together edible that was a gift for someone special!!!

I wouldn't recommend delivery if they don't take credit for their mistake. Even with the receipt, they could see what you paid vs what you got. They should of gave you three more berries problem solved. Thats what you paid for. 😑
