I reached out to the store to express how I was displeased , whomever I spoke with was quick to tell me HE thought the arrangement was up to par and how he has been making edible arrangements for 20 years. Poor customer service and very nonchalant about the matter. The product received was definitely not worth what I paid, and I added a tip during the initial purchase, big mistake. I’ll never order from this location ever again. The fruit seemed to be placed carelessly and the arrangement was not full as pictured on the site. I’ve ordered from Edible numerous times so I’m sure it’s simply this location. No pride in their work at all. It’s very unfortunate. He did offer to redo it but if he didn’t see anything wrong with the one they delivered what was going to be done differently when redoing it?
