- JAJessica AlbertFeb 21, 20261.0I came here with my mom around 7:30 tonight to replace a pair of sunglasses with her. The woman that they called to help us unlock the glasses case was so rude. She had a jacket on covering her name tag, which I now think was on purpose. She had a beanie on, they said her name was Drea when we asked the front. She spoke to us so rudely “get out of the way” and when we asked if we could put sunglasses to the side (inside the case, just to keep track of which ones we liked) she said no she has to put them back where they were. And then proceeded to put them back not where they originally went. Kept rolling her eyes anytime we wanted to go back to try a pair on etc. The whole thing took about 10 minutes, we weren’t rude and we weren’t there an exorbitant amount of time. It just felt like she didn’t want to help us at all. She kept checking her phone while she was with us and was just so clearly annoyed we were there. It was almost comical how bad it was. It made the experience so sour, for something so simple. I’m so irritated and disappointed.

Manager claimed that they were damaged and that Nordstrom Rack could not afford to give me back $60. Tough times for Nordstrom Rack, wish they were able to afford a better return policy. I would have used the same money to get a different pair at the same store.
