  I’m giving 4 stars because of the sweet worker who helped me, Jess. I’ve brought my daughter in a few times while we’ve been looking for perfect prom dress, and everytime we’ve seen Jess She’s the only one who’s nice to us, she went above and beyond and after she helped us we watched her run around like a chicken with her head cut off and almost no help, if you go to this location Jess is definitely such a sweet person and really dedicated to helping my daughter find the perfect dress :) Thank you Jess <3

  Very disappointing shopping experience. Upon entering the store, no one greeted me or offered assistance, despite three female staff members standing around chatting. I purchased a couple of dresses, but the experience at checkout was just as poor. The supervisor (Lesliee) who rang me up was rude, simply handed me the shopping bag - no greeting, no acknowledgment, no thank you. She was more focused on chatting with another staff member who was about to leave. I was left waiting for her to bag my purchase without any apology or explanation. With this level of attitude and disregard for customers, they clearly do not deserve to be in customer-facing roles. Terrible service overall. I would rate this a zero if that were an option.

  Horrible workers we spilled 1 drink and they were laughing at us made fun of are dress and was say stuff like what grade are yall in kindergarten the customer service is rude and laughed at the dress my friend was wearing

  Employees were talking bad about minors in dresses and laughing at them calling them names was totally bad behavior they need better at doing their job instead of laughing and singing
