But that's the thing with reviews sometimes...I can only speak to my experience but the customer service I received was far superior than any other experience that I've received at luxury establishments. I was called to confirm that I would be home and when the date and time didn't suit my schedule, the lovely woman offered another option. She then called to ensure that the delivery was made to my satisfaction. The arrangement was beautiful and delicious. Highly satisfied. Exceeded expectations. 10 stars if I could!
