- AAAshleyMar 28, 20261.0The selection of shoes is decent but the female manager needs coaching on customer service. My daughter wanted this toy. We searched all over and called before we came. My sister went up to purchase the toy that was on hold. Instead of the manager continuing to hold the item, because I started shopping, she sells it and trys to blame someone for not writing the name of it being on hold. Ma'am. Regardless. It was in your hand. You tried to make the transaction. Why sell it to someone else and then claim someone else had a hold is ridiculous. Your story didn't add up and honestly your attitude was unnecessary. Understand that simple transaction ruined my daughter's day because you couldn't hold the stinking toy.
