After contacting Shane, And doing my inspections every six months, All they would offer me is half the price of the diamonds, and I had to mail in my other diamond earring for them to keep. They couldn’t even offer me to make an earring to replace the one I lost. They advertise such amazing customer service. My husband and I have probably spent over $50,000 at Shane Co.. It’s really sad how they treat their loyal customers.

The date came and went without the item arriving. I called Shane Co to see what happened, and they admitted there was an error in the system, and the item was never fully ordered, despite having a confirmation from their website that it was ordered. The woman on the phone stated that they would overnight it for me to help correct the error - had things gone according to her correction plan, I would not be leaving a bad review; errors do happen, and I would have been satisfied with their fix. However, it's now several days later, and the item has not been received - now stating, via tracking, that it won't get there until next week. Very dissatisfied with this outcome.
