Today we call up there and a lady said she basically wouldn’t even call to get the status on my ring and hung up in our face even after us asking to speak with a manager she claims she was one!? I don’t think so! So I will never buy another thing from a belks! The rudeness was unreal from this location

The points system for earning savings is geared towards the favor of belts, not the consumer. They expire too quickly. Biggest of all!!! The return policy discouraged buying Christmas presents or birthday presents. If we buy ahead of time the return policy expires for things that dont fit.
