  I am new to the area and have visited the Arbor mall location a few times and have had great experiences. Unfortunately I visited 12/11 and I had a negative experience. First of all, there was no sinage explaining where we were to line up at the register closest to the outside . . We were eventually very rudely redirected , by a female associate. Once my purchase was finally rang up, the system took my payment, but didn't complete the transaction. I was told I removed my card to quickly. The transaction was done again. I clearly removed my card when promted. The 2nd transaction was not completed on the associates end. I was charged for both transactions. When I expressed concern, a woman who stated she was a manger, VERY rudely, told me my only option would be to wait 24 hours for these charges to fall off. Yes, a little less than 24 hours later, my money was refunded to my account. That is no longer my concern, since this was corrected however, the unprofessional way this was' all handled is. I want to commend A gentleman named Mike and another young man that works at the upstairs Returns counter. I dont have the young mans name from yesterday, but I was there around noon. They have both been very polite and pleasant to work with. As was the gentleman also at the back register that originally made the transactions. He was polite but seemed new. I understand this can be a frustrating situation. But the treatment by the woman who stated she was a manager, to not just me but others waiting in line was unessary and unprofessional. Being in management myself, I feel this behavior needs to be addressed.

  Good evening Google Family. JC Penney has never been a favorite of mine but I needed shoes today so this is what my cousins recommended. I browsed and looked and looked. I found one pair that I liked, but they were lace up and I am tired of wearing lace up shoes. Then I found another interesting pair but they did not have my size. Then I stumbled on a pair, and they were not lace up but they were a little loose on me. I tried them on and I decided to purchase them. I call them boot shoes, they were a size 10 and they were black. We received a coupon but you had to spend $100.00 dollars to get the 10% discount. The mood and vibe here was good. We stood in a long line to purchase the shoes, but thank goodness it moved fast. Then we left. A good experience here. The shoe boots were $65.00 and I saved $45.01. My total was $21.39. I was so so happy to get a Black Friday discount, everything is always so HIGH!!! Have a good night, workout, be healthy, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.

  Marcell customer service is above average. He has taken my hair to a whole new level. I highly recommend him to anyone. He does it all!
