  DO NOT ORDER ROM THIS LOCATION. THE FRUIT WAS NOT FRESH. THEY USED OLD FRUIT FOR THE BOUQUET AND WHEN I ADDRESS THE ISSUE THE GUY SHAK GOT VERY SMART WITH ME. WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD.

  The store smells amazing as soon as you walk in! I needed a last-minute gift and the staff was so helpful in getting a fruit bouquet ready for me in under an hour. Saved the day!

  What a terrible experience. Like most of us, placing an order at Edible Arrangements is reserved for a celebration, milestone or birthday. We pay a premium for what should be a service that is fulfilled in a timely manner on the special day requested. Edible Arrangements in Douglasville, Georgia is not able to fulfill their promises, nor deliver on time. I placed an order for same day delivery at 9:30am. I paid a premium for the expedited, same day service to celebrate my niece’s 14th birthday. I received a confirmation that my order would be delivered on the same day. The following day I received a voicemail sharing that the order was out for delivery that day. There was no acknowledgment that this order was shipping late or a day after it was supposed to. I returned the call and spoke to a young girl named Lily. She shared that she was not working the previous day, but my order had not gone out. I expressed my frustrations as this was for a birthday the previous day. I asked if I could please receive a refund for the additional fees that were included for same-day delivery. Lily put me on hold and returned to the phone saying “unfortunately, that was not an option, however, they could include an additional treat for the delay” I asked if I could speak to her manager, and she shared that he was not available - he would return on Monday. I completed a contact me form on the edible arrangement website in a few days later I received a partial refund. ($17.10) My frustration is that nobody at Edible Arrangements Douglasville never once followed up or apologized why my order did not go out on the day of my niece’s birthday. What an unprofessional situation for an order close to $100.00.

  Should Change Name to "Un-Deliverable Arrangements" I would add a photo but it was never delivered. They only deliver to a live person and from mid-day hours only.(told me 11-2pm If you work normal hours like 9-5pm or say are at a hospital with a family member in critical care until 3pm - One will never have this delivered evidently. They can hold it at a local location let it go stale until a few days later when you can drive 20+ minutes one way and not on my way to anywhere to pick it up. If you like inconveniences this place is for you. Never give this as a gift.

  Edible Arrangements - Douglasville, Ga I just have to take a moment to recognize Jada, the wonderful young lady who helped me with my Edible Arrangements order for my anniversary. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such a genuine smile and positive attitude that I instantly felt like I was in good hands. Jada went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect — she listened carefully to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure every detail was just right. You can truly tell she takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about making customers happy. When I picked up my arrangement, it looked amazing — beautifully put together, fresh, and full of love. My spouse was blown away, and it made our anniversary even more special. Jada’s customer service is A1 — she should honestly be the gold standard for Edible Arrangements. She turned a simple purchase into an experience I’ll remember. Thank you, Jada, for your kindness, professionalism, and care. You absolutely made my day! 💐🍓💝
