- CRCrystal Ryan-DillardJan 17, 20263.0So I came up to half Price books to sell these books and DVDs that I have and they only gave me $1.67 because they said they could only take a couple children's books and a couple DVDs so I told them I wanted my DVDs and books that they weren't going to take and it was like oh no we keep those I said well if you're not buying them I want them back and she got this attitude with me like she didn't want to give them back to me I was like well you're not going to sell them and not give me the money for them I said so I want my stuff back so she gave me my stuff back and I still got my $1.67 but you took a lot of stuff and then she kept trying to keep stuff and I was like no all of that is mine and she was getting mad at me I would be better off trying to sell the stuff on Facebook market then to bring it back up here because it's like they're getting ridiculous they used to give you a dollar a book and a dollar a DVD and they're not even doing that anymore it's like they're trying to scam you. It's a good place to come if you want to get cheap books DVDs and music, but I wouldn't try selling to them

They did kick me out very promptly 5 minutes before closing but i bet they just wanted to go to home after a long day. You'll be able to find books on a ton of topics but you probably won't be able to find specific books unless you are lucky. Great place to browse!
