They delivered my Valentine arrangement without the Ballon attached and ROTTEN, MOLDY STRAWBERRIES. Whoever dipped the strawberries knew they were moldy and rotten before they did this because as soon as I opened the box the mold was visible on multiple strawberries. So no way could they have not seen it. I reported them to the DeKalb Health Department and our credit card company. Don't waste your time, money, and risk possible illness ordering from them.

I literally order from them every single year for different holidays and I will honestly say, Valentine’s Day is the absolute WORSE. I order my valentine’s gifts weeks in advance and for the last THREE years, I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN IT. yep, NEVER. supposedly, it’s always an issue with the delivery but when I speak to customer service, they say they are short staffed which is NOT MY PROBLEM. you guys shouldn’t be accepting orders yall can’t make. that’s simply unfair to the customer. this is the THIRD YEAR I didn’t receive my valentine gift & I have spent thousands of dollars dealing with this. I will never shop here again and I encourage anyone reading this review to NEVER SHOP HERE.

But, when I attempted to redeem a coupon that was part of the gift Edible Arrangement would not honor my coupon because my cellphone could not scan the QR code. What a bummer!!!
