The store’s environment is toxic and unprofessional. I regularly witnessed customers being spoken to rudely, talked about behind their backs, and treated like they were inconveniences rather than the reason the store exists. Inside the workplace, the atmosphere was even worse. There were inappropriate comments, personal conversations that crossed boundaries, and behavior that made me and others feel deeply uncomfortable. Concerns were brushed off instead of being addressed. It became clear that respect and safety are not priorities here. I left because I did not feel respected or valued. I no longer recommend this store to anyone, and I sincerely hope the leadership takes a hard look at how people are treated — both employees and customers — before more harm is done.
