  DO NOT GO HERE , EVERYONE HERE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EXIST. THEY LEAVE THE STORE UNATTENDED AND BLAME THE CUSTOMERS. THE STORE SHOULD NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED/WITHOUT A MANAGER

  Edible arrangements 173 at N Decatur Rd has the worst fruit arrangements as far as quality products. The fruit is not fresh, not sweet, tastes and looks like it’s been sitting a long time, and I’m not impressed at all. No need to complain, just won’t be expecting any more deliveries from this place. Make your own decision. But you’ll have to spend $ first. They usually try to reel you in by the first delivery, but thereafter, See for yourself. The quality of products in American business are fading fast and it’s sad we have to rate services but ratings do help the economy.

  The most trash Edible Arrangement franchise that I have ever encountered. They delivered my Valentine arrangement without the Ballon attached and ROTTEN, MOLDY STRAWBERRIES. Whoever dipped the strawberries knew they were moldy and rotten before they did this because as soon as I opened the box the mold was visible on multiple strawberries. So no way could they have not seen it. I reported them to the DeKalb Health Department and our credit card company. Don't waste your time, money, and risk possible illness ordering from them.

  Don't deliver on the guaranteed date and then update the system to appear as if there was an attempt. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

  I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how bad this business has went down hill over the years. I literally order from them every single year for different holidays and I will honestly say, Valentine’s Day is the absolute WORSE. I order my valentine’s gifts weeks in advance and for the last THREE years, I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN IT. yep, NEVER. supposedly, it’s always an issue with the delivery but when I speak to customer service, they say they are short staffed which is NOT MY PROBLEM. you guys shouldn’t be accepting orders yall can’t make. that’s simply unfair to the customer. this is the THIRD YEAR I didn’t receive my valentine gift & I have spent thousands of dollars dealing with this. I will never shop here again and I encourage anyone reading this review to NEVER SHOP HERE.
