I remember when I bought the glasses the gentleman said if there were any issues to let them know. When this happened I was sure that I was going to get a run around, just like you do with most retailers. I called the store before bringing them glasses too them. She said, yup bring them in. I brought them back and she remembered me calling from the week prior. I didn't hear any harassment. Just perfect level of service that is rare these days. Also, every time I walk into that store everyone makes me feel like they really do love my business. I intentionally will never buy sunglasses from anywhere else just because of your employees!!!
