- ABAlexa BoadaDec 28, 20252.0Went in today (12/28/25) to return a Christmas gift. An older, heavy-set blonde woman helped us. Right off the bat, she had an attitude, which immediately changed when another customer came in. She quoted us one price then when we went to check out changed it and said it was more expensive “because it was new arrival.” We didn’t want to pay the $200 difference, so we asked for a return. She rudely stated that returns were against store policy. However, when the watch was purchased, the employee told us it could be returned at any time. She then insisted that it was “printed all over the store” that returns are not allowed and acted as though we had somehow missed it. We were eventually given a return, but we will not be coming back. The blatant racism and unprofessional behavior are not something I would support with my business. Management needs to get on the same page with their employees and establish a clear and consistent return policy. They also need to stress the importance of customer service and treating everyone fairly!!
