I was buying for somebody else over the phone and I had to keep asking the price for stuff for them, which was kindof annoying for me and the staff which they were pretty nice about it tho. When I went to checkout, the girl found 2 new items to replace for the opened ones I had grabbed for the same price which was really nice. I loved how the store was well organized it made the shopping so much faster.

The gentleman who checked us out wasn’t very friendly either; he simply pushed our bags toward us without even saying “Have a great day.” Overall, my experience was disappointing. I purchased two bags, but I would never shop there again. The staff is not friendly

While my husband was helping me by fashioning bags, bridgette suddenly yelled at us if we are buying and told us to put the bags where it belongs. She was loud, rude and she didnt care if we were custoner. If management or the owner is reading this, I'd seriously take a look at the other reviews also. When we walked in she didnt even say hello. Other employees were busy talking to each other about their friends and didnt even say hello or offered to help. We are asian and we felt bridgette treated us that way due to us being asian also. Due to bridgette we would not ever shop here again and told about this to my friends and family. I ended up going to coach and bought three bags spent 600. Mind you, half of my collection was MK, until now. By the way Coach leather is so much better, one of my bags handle from MK cracked. So for these reasons, you lost customer forever.
