  The store is well organized, I loved how they had everything categorized, some items didn't include the pricing which is not very nice having to ask the price for stuff every single time. I was buying for somebody else over the phone and I had to keep asking the price for stuff for them, which was kindof annoying for me and the staff which they were pretty nice about it tho. When I went to checkout, the girl found 2 new items to replace for the opened ones I had grabbed for the same price which was really nice. I loved how the store was well organized it made the shopping so much faster.

  I went shopping today with my daughter. Upon arrival, there were two workers at the door. Neither of them greeted us or offered any assistance, they just stared at us. The gentleman who checked us out wasn’t very friendly either; he simply pushed our bags toward us without even saying “Have a great day.” Overall, my experience was disappointing. I purchased two bags, but I would never shop there again. The staff is not friendly

  Visited this store yesterday and as always excellent service. (I've been coming to this location for several years) Bridget my sales person was so wonderful and so kind. I'm really happy with my purchase.

  Asked for a price check and got it’s the price minus the discount. Obviously I’m asking to get it narrowed down completely. Rude customer service. Go to Coach for better deals, quality, and amazing customer service.
