Yes...this is an outlet store, however you receive the same customer service experience as the marquis retail stores. Always greeted the minute you walk in the store. A sales associate engages immediately. The management team of Ektu and Thomas have been at this store for years. My family LOVES getting merch from this store at bargain outlet prices.
