  Absolutely love Aerie 💚 Everything from the quality of their clothes to the overall vibe in the store is amazing. The pieces are super comfortable, flattering, and actually made to fit real bodies. What really stands out though is the customer service—the employees are always so kind, helpful, and never pushy. It feels like such a positive and welcoming environment every time I shop there. Definitely one of my favorite places to buy from!

  Customer service here is HORRENDOUS!! One of the girls working was so rude when my friend and I asked for a pair of pants off a mannequin. She made it VERY clear that she did not think they were going to fit me, and even rolled her eyes as she was walking away to go get them. She even came to the fitting room as I tried them on, and she was loudly talking about how she hates when people ask for stuff off the mannequins, etc. I worked in retail for years and currently work in customer service, and regardless of how bad of a day you’re having, this behavior is UNACCEPTABLE. Btw, the pants did fit, and they were purchased! 😊

  Girls working has no personality what so ever. One girl was hovering over me like a hawk thinking I’m going to steal your store.. calm down. I worked and specialized in retail in the fashion industry. Stop with that, seriously.

  Very mediocre customer service. My friend Asked the girls for another size and she waited and waited. I finally go out to set some items back and the girl is just talking and hanging out with another coworker—no effort to check. I asked her about the item and then she said she’d check. At that point we were checked out. Just very rude. Not a fan of throwing the race or accent card, but maybe a refresher on compassion and kindness would benefit yall. Also saw some young girls getting side eyed for looking! Being a young girl is hard, finding your style is hard, be kind!
