  After reading the negative reviews, I had to post about my own experience. Because I rely on reviews a lot, and some others might as well, so I wanted to share a positive experience. My son sent me an edible fruit arrangement for Mother's Day and it was great, it was beautiful, and the fruit was fresh and delicious, and it arrived when he said it would. I would definitely use them again, and they deserve a 5 star rating. Thanks

  I'd give a zero if I could. I received a surprise mother's day gift from my Mil. The arrangement was delivered with contents that were broken and tumbled about. Looks like the box was either dropped or turned upside down. The delivery person didn't even say anything about how the box looked, she just handed it to my husband at the door and left. When I called my Mil to tell her what happened, she reached out to the store and was told that same delivery person would come back and grab the box of treats, which she did. However, they did not offer to re-do the arrangement, they just refunded my mil back her money. Such bad business practice! So disappointing, would NOT recommend ordering from this location!

  This Edible arrangements location really sat and figured out how to absolutely ruin my wife’s Mother’s Day! Spent almost $200 in flowers and strawberries. My order showed up at 7pm...Understandable, it’s a busy day but then I get handed a box of chocolate covered strawberries and 2 half dead grocery store bouquets??!! Here’s the kicker...price tag still on them $10 and $15. Please tell me this was a prank?!! I’ll be there first thing in the morning!!!

  I placed an order for a birthday delivery scheduled and confirmed to be delivered by 4PM the following day. The driver called me after 5PM stating the business was closed. Provided him another address to deliver my order. He called me back within 10 minutes stating my delivery wasn’t even on the truck. I called the next day and did not even receive an apology. The people that answer the phone sound as if they are just waking up. I will NEVER do business w/ Edible Arrangements again.
