They replaced a necklace chain that my grandmother gave me for no charge because she purchased it many years ago at the same shop. Their customer loyalty is beyond amazing! And they most recently fixed my broken engagement ring for a very reasonable price! You can't even tell it was broken, looks just as beautiful as the day I got it.
