- AWAnna WoodFeb 13, 20252.0I looked for something that looked good on the website. But when I received the picture with the delivery confirmation asking if I wanted to add a tip, I was shocked. I couldn't believe that was what they delivered. As shown in the first picture, I ordered a double bouquet with some fruits. They not only didn't put the bouquet together as shown on the website, but they also put it in a weird plastic bag and left it on the floor. I get it, nobody was at home. But the minimum I was expecting was a beautiful bouquet showing some sympathy to someone who just had a loss in their family. I didn't order the jar, but the bouquet should have been arranged well. The first picture shows what they have on the website, and the second shows what was delivered, and I paid $144.37 for it. I was so disappointed.

Well not if u are lucky enough to call and get Austin Vanavery (hope I didn't butcher the spelling of ur last name hun!!!) Not only was he very helpful, he was quick, and was no judgemental when I told him I was working on a low low budget! He even went the extra mile to look for any active coupons he could find to help me out. Then when I decided to tell him a short story bout why I was sending the bouquet out- he listened Nd responded with an actual opinion....even tho he didnt need to know all that. Lol. Bottom line....call them! Delicious and timely delivery! **ASK FOR AUSTIN-THE GUY WITH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, TELL EM SASHA SENT YA*** THANKS AGAIN AUSTIN!!!! I'll be sure to put up my review where ever else I can later tonight or tomorrow!!
