I only had one decent experience out of the three, and that’s calling it close! The flowers that he purchased, were wilted the first day he brought them to me and they died the next day. It’s unfortunate that the items you guys sell are low quality but yet are VERY EXPENSIVE! Also, Sarah, the “manager” at the Covington locates VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL as I picked up my order on yesterday! She was rolling her eyes at me, in the store, when asking her about the times they closed and what times are presented online and on the door. She snatched the order form out of my hand, after I signed it to give it to her. She did not wrap my package with the brown elastic strap that is supposed to have the discounts on it, along with the pictures of the different items they have on sale. She pointed to the package for me to pick up on the counter. I told her to pick it up and place it in my hand. I am not her dog. She is not to POINT to ANYTHING and have me get it! She looked at me with evil eyes and said, “No”. I told her that if she wasn’t going to hand the box to me, then give me a refund. She handed it to me. She is VERY DEMONIC and has a VERY UGLY SPIRIT about herself! Not only that but I get home and find a HAIR OF HERS IN MY STRAWBERRIES!!! How DISGUSTING!!! I am BEYOND UPSET AT THIS POINT!! I’m a HUGE advocate for great customer service and I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! She claimed to be a “MANAGER” for the Covington location, I would be EMBARRASSED to have her represent my company in the way that she has with a customer like me who has paid to give her a percentage of her paycheck that she doesn’t deserve! I guess treating others how you want to be treated was never taught to her because I would be disappointed, to say the least if she was my daughter out her treating people with disrespect as she did with me yesterday! I want this issue to be resolved immediately, please. No if, and or buts about it. The only way to rectify this is to make it right!
