- RSRachel SpearsFeb 16, 20262.0I don't understand why they still haven't opened back up there dressing rooms. It was understandable when COVID was around but it's been years since that's been over. And it's a little easier for people who are trying to shop there if they have the option to actually try on the clothes they are trying to buy instead of having to guess if they are going to fit them. And it is harder for people to actually want to purchase anything from Citi trends anymore because they don't have the option to try the clothes on People don't want to have to come back multiple times to get the piece of item that they're wanting to purchase in the right size I think that now that the dressing rooms are closed is due to a lack of being lazy and they don't want to open the dressing rooms back up however every other store has their dressing rooms back open this is the only store that I go to to try to purchase clothes that I used to always purchase clothes at when the dressing rooms worth open but now I choose not to want to purchase anything from them even though I love their clothes because I don't want to make multiple trips to their store to return items when it could have been an easy one two three by trying the items on in store before I purchasing them I think that they need to reopen their dressing rooms and allow people to choose whether or not they want to purchase items depending on what they look like on them or if they fit them versus having to guess what size pants to purchase and when they get home they don't fit you You have to return them and you have to do this on a multiple occasion trip because it takes a few trips before you can actually get the right Pants
