I am extremely disappointed in this store! I have a service dog and he is 100% certified and has been through the classes and training. He loves everyone he meets and has never harmed anyone especially while he is WORKING. But today the woman in this store completely judged us because he is a big dog he is a cane corso and I am a white woman. They met us at the door and did not even give us a chance. I showed her his badge and her response was “is that a cane corso” yes ma’am he is, her response was “I don’t know if they will allow that” she was implying that because he is a corso and that there were people in the store who were afraid of dogs. He is a working dog he is not there to socialize he is doing a service so he is completely focused on me and nobody else but at that point we are very confused and upset and decided we would go somewhere else. I would just like to reiterate that telling my service dog he is not allowed is the same as telling someone of color they are not allowed because they are a person of color. He is here to do a job and it is completely against the law what they did.

Closing down 15 minutes before closing is false dective trade practice plus 15 minutes everyday Xs 365 is 5476 minutes lost a year. Your losing an average of 40 a day resulting in a 14000$ loss yearly due to lazy management. If you don't want to hold your company down, don't go to work. That's lazy.
