  My husband just called me to say he’s never shopping there again!! The person working tonight has terrible customer service. My husband goes to Bealls almost every week to get our daughter a gift. The lady working tonight on 1/16/26, completely ignored him when he asked her questions about the toys. We get you close at 9:30, but if the doors are still open you’re still expected to do your job.

  Noreen was so helpful to me! I had to return a coat I had just purchased for my mother, and she was so sweet and understanding. Her kindness really made my day! :)
