- ARalondra rodriguezDec 15, 20251.0I came in here thinking that i was going to get some nice bras and get some help from some of the workers ( which they did help ) but from the moment i started asking questions they talked to me in a tone sounding like they genuinely couldn’t care less. I asked them if i could get sized and they basically told me no. i asked them if i were to order online and buy in store would the bras be different or fit different or what, but all i got was a “uh i don’t know?” maybe learn how to do your job that you were hired to do. you would think cause it’s a plus size friendly store AND considering the workers were also plus sized, they would’ve been a huge help and helped me feel welcome but they spoke to me in a way where they genuinely couldn’t give any damns. and idk if they were tryna lie but they told me they didn’t have my size in store but on the sign in the store said they did have my size but it just seemed like they weren’t willing to help and trying to get out of there. i would rather go to torrid to where they actually care about their customers. better attitude, better customer service and very sweet and helpful. not like these lane bryant workers. terrible experience.
