I have never in my life walked into a store feeling so unwelcome and disrespected by the people that work there. Not only have I seen the attitude and disrespect with other customers, but i’ve seen it with OTHER EMPLOYEES. it’s unprofessional and it’s been going on the past couple weeks and i’m over it. The clothes are amazing, but the people there are awful and have no respect. They lost a customer today. I hope this comes across employees and managers that work there and hopefully it’s a fixed issue so no more customers are lost. i’m absolutely devastated on my experiences at this store.

He went above a beyond an I walked out with 2 pair of jeans. BOGO. What an outstanding employee and I will be forever grateful he told me to try on the jeans or I woulda walked out without anything. He was working his tail off too. It’s not often I see such a hard worker anywhere especially in an outlet store. Thank you Izzy you are the best!
- ACAmanda CSep 18, 20255.0What a wonderful experience! I’ve gained about 15-20 lbs since the last time I’ve bought jeans. I don’t even wear them because I’m too scared to go try them on. I grabbed size 10 and 12, both too big! The young man running the changing room this afternoon was so helpful and friendly. He helped me find the correct size in the style I liked. He even went above and beyond and asked me what size I ended up getting since I did tell him I’ve gained weight and happy I’m fitting in smaller sizes then I thought I would. Even the cashiers were really engaging with customers and being very friendly. I will be back to this location again soon.
