  Rude people working here. You have to walk up and ask them to stop talking to get them to even walk to a register, And even then they gave a nasty attitude and make sure the customer understand they didn't want to be bothered until they were done talking. And not one of the 4 people working there that we walked past asked if they could help find anything in the store. This is probably the reason this mall is dying. Stores might want to take a fresh look at employees before they close down stores. I promise I won't buy anything at another JCPenny.

  The manager is Lorraine at this Columbus, GA needs coaching and training on people skill, how she unnecessarily just raised her voice at me because she was evidently frustrated is UNACCEPTABLE especially as a customer patronizing an establishment spending my hard errand money. I have it on video and will be sending it to corporate.

  Mrs Carla Wilson at the JCPenney store at Peachtree Mall…..store number 2633. Mrs Carla Wilson went above and beyond helping us with our merchandise and questions regarding sales. I am so thankful for her assistance today that I will be back because of her excellent customer service. She showed my husband and I she cared. Made us feel at home.

  The Home Section & Sales: I was very impressed with the Home department! I wasn't aware they had such a great collection. I found beautiful towels and everything was well-stocked. They have an amazing "Really Big Deal" where you can Buy 1 curtain and get 2 Free, which is a fantastic price. I found a really "cute job" (great find) on these items! The Cosmetics (Disappointing): I am very disappointed with the beauty section. I tried a NYX lip gloss, and it caused immediate irritation and a burning sensation on my lips. Please be careful when trying the testers here if you have sensitive skin! The Staff: The service was a mix. Most of the women working there are wonderful—they are clearly working very hard and are very nice. However, I had a bad experience with the woman at the checkout. Her attitude was quite different from the others and not very professional. The rest of the team is great, but she should definitely improve her behavior toward customers.
