I had a paid order that remained in their system for nearly a week without being delivered. The sales associate falsely claimed to have called multiple times, yet I only received one voicemail message, I have proof of voicemail message and call log of the multiple attempts I made to get someone on the phone. Despite my repeated attempts to return the call, no one answered. The associate later stated she had been at work all night, which suggests my calls were deliberately ignored. The store neither canceled the order nor made any further contact to resolve the issue. On the scheduled delivery day, I called three to four times with no response. I also called the next day and received no reply. Additionally, I submitted two online contact inquiries through their website, and none were answered. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was unacceptable. I would not recommend this store due to their poor customer service and failure to meet basic customer satisfaction standards.

A close family friend ordered an arrangement for my wife who is going thru chemotherapy. they placed a card on our door and said no one was home, however we have multiple cameras to let us know when someone is here. it was placed on 9-17-25 and we called them on 9-19-25 to try and re-deliver. they said we will have to pay another delivery fee. They never called the person who paid them in the beginning to even let him know that no product had been delivered, but they kept his money then called him after we said refund him and told him to pay another fee. please stay away from these people. Customer service is rude and very unprofessional. Show less
