JR (and the rest of the staff who's names I unfortunately can't remember) are extremely helpful and welcoming. The staff can't help what things cost, but generally are the most competitive pricing around. The men/women who also work the tailor side of the house are also some of the most efficient and best tailors I've used since 2014 across three different duty stations. Everyone works hard, but more importantly, care and want to help/be helpful to the best of their ability(ies). Cannot recommend enough!
