I was charged a distance fee as well as a fuel surcharge, and TIPPED, only to still have that order cancelled. Honestly just sounded like none of the workers wanted to drive. Unacceptable because this was a sympathy gift for sister-in-laws, who just passed, kids

Everything played out how I wanted it to from the initial placing of the order ,which was same day …all the way down to the delivery execution by the wonderful delivery man, JARVIS🙏 !! Not to mention, the actual arrangement was beautiful and it came w/3 balloons, and I ordered a platter of chocolate 🍫….Overall this experience will make me order from them in the future, and tell all my friends to use EA as well!!! Good job guys👏👏See yall very soon👌

Ordered arrangement for valentines and paid extra $25 for delivery - placed order two days in advance. Called multiple times to confirm but no answer. Today, Valentine's Day, saw my other two orders in different states weee delivered but this one had not even been started according to the tracker. Called and emailed again to no avail - no answers or explanations. It is so disappointing that my daughter did not receive our valentines gift. No refund or notifications!
