- M2Mari 2015Apr 7, 20262.0You can never find a saleperson when you walk into this establish. I stood at the perfume counter and the saleperson looked and saw me and continue stocking shelves. I had to wave my hand and ask could I get help and then she was hesitant about coming over. I know how stressful retail work can be, but if you don't like dealing with people as well as don't have customer service skills- then don't apply for these type jobs.

I didn't even know they did that. Brandi did her makeup the day of the dance. She was amazing. She took the time to answer any questions we had and worked magic to match my baby's shades and give her exactly what she wanted. I highly recommend Belk, not just because the dresses were beautiful but also every staff member we came across was extremely courteous and helpful!

Many customers especially older shoppers or those with limited phone service can’t reliably use the app to check prices. Phone reception inside the store is often poor, and not everyone has a smartphone or feels comfortable using one. I hope Belk will consider bringing back price scanners or offering another easy, in-store option for quick price checks. It would make the shopping experience much more accessible and convenient for everyone. Thank you for listening.
