  I want to give zero stars! My family and I went today to buy my son a new skateboard for his birthday. My son had turned the skateboard upside down to look at the design, meanwhile the employees were huddled up having a conversation. Then one employee said not to ride it while the skateboard was still upside down. All he was doing was just looking at it. Not more then a minute passed by as I was trying to look at the bottom for the price, the same employee asked to not the let the skateboard touch the ground with an attitude. We put the board away and decided to go elsewhere for the purchase. We had been to this location before and never had this kind of interaction and had bought several items before. They should have asked us if we needed any help instead of telling us not to do something. Very bad customer service.

  If I could give this store a zero I would . This store has the worst customer service and racist employees. I walked in attempting to purchase 4-5 pairs of shoes . When to the back of the store there were two gentlemen having a personal conversation and acted like I was invisible. Neither bother to greet me or see did I need assistance. They actually walked away further and proceeded with their personal conversation. At this point I walked away and I gladly told all of them thank you for their service. I went back and ask for all of there names to contact corporate and the smart woman took a piece a paper and wrote down some names can’t read it and at this point I’m upset because she has a lot to say. Instead of apologizing for not assisting. She proceeded to say I’m going to call security and so what . Another lady walked out and had some smart words to say . If I was white they would have jumped all over me but because I’m African American they ignored me. Terrible customer service and retraining on how to treat customers is needed .

  Brad is freaking awesome! He answered all my questions and got me exactly what I needed. Can't recommend this location and crew enough!

  Me and my friends literally just wanted to look around and instantly met with the nastiest look I've ever seen on a person “some random female employee” the whole time, i will never go back just overall an off putting experience

  I purchased a pair of shoes for my grandson for Christmas that didn’t fit.The box was discarded. I called the store to specifically ask if I could exchange the shoes without the box and was told by Diana ‘Yes’ , bring in the receipt. My son-in-law goes in to make the exchange and despite mentioning the prior call to confirm the exchange he was told by Megan the box is required.
