  I have been shopping with Sunglasses Hut since high school. I like the brand. Sunglasses are really expensive though. Therefore when I was forced to purchase the pair I wanted in store that were the “display” pair, without a discount(display items are typically discounted) I was honestly not a big fan of the brand at that moment. With that being said, I love the shades none the less.

  I’ve had what can only be described as an absolutely abysmal customer service experience with Sunglass Hut. I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses that were advertised to be delivered within three days, with delivery scheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday, the shipping carrier updated the delivery to Thursday. On Thursday, it was pushed to Friday. On Friday, it moved again to Saturday. Then, on Sunday, the carrier finally marked the package as lost. At that point, I contacted Sunglass Hut via email and made what I believe was a very reasonable request: either overnight a replacement pair or issue a refund. Sunglass Hut refused both options. Instead, they insisted that they could only reship the sunglasses using the same carrier and the same shipping speed that had already failed once. When I objected and told them I no longer wanted the product and simply wanted a refund, they denied that as well—despite the fact that I would be fully within my rights to return the sunglasses once they eventually arrived anyway. The logic here is baffling: Sunglass Hut would rather force another shipment, risk another failure, and then process a return, rather than simply refunding a lost order. To make matters worse, I was given a customer service phone number to “follow up.” Calling that number was an exercise in frustration. I was forced through at least ten automated menu selections, only to be told at the end that they wanted to send me a link so I could create a chat on my mobile phone. There was effectively no way to speak to a human being by phone. This experience is particularly disappointing because I’ve spent well over $2,000 on sunglasses with Sunglass Hut in recent years and have never had an issue until now. Given the extremely high margins on luxury eyewear, it’s shocking that the customer service process is this rigid, dismissive, and hostile to the customer. Delays happen. Lost packages happen. What’s unacceptable is a company refusing to take ownership of the problem, denying reasonable solutions, and hiding behind automated systems to avoid human accountability. This is, without exaggeration, among the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

  Sales people and managers at this location all are horrible people. Mini the manager is the absolute worst customer service ever she is unprofessional, rude, dismissive just like the employees she so calls managers who are not helpful at all unlike the Dawsonville store manager who is superb go all the way to 400 if you insist on buying but after my experience here I don’t recommend anyone spend any money with the brand period. They stated the glasses weren’t in when I found them sitting right in the sales person girl face mind you the manager Mina was right by the door they act poorly towards customers like they stealing unhelpful and rude and guard dogs mind you I already bought the glasses but not at this location due to poor service. DO NoT SHOP HERE THESE ladies all have bad attitudes poor customer service and act like why are you here like they definitely don’t need to be employed by this brand and whomever the GM needs to pop in and do random secret shoppers cause who would when I see the other reviews are reflective of who this bad behavior business is stop spending money with brands that treat you poorly shop elsewhere the items here are ridiculous overpriced and the customer service is not good.

  Sales people lie. I guess the sales guy Benjamin was too lazy to put in my sun club info and just rang up my sunglasses. Tells me I can add it by contacting custom service but that's not true. Brought the glasses in to return like it says online 30 days in-store returns and they're saying they have their own policy here that started a week ago and I can't return my Meta Raybans. Don't buy from this store.
