  Sales people and managers at this location all are horrible people. Mini the manager is the absolute worst customer service ever she is unprofessional, rude, dismissive just like the employees she so calls managers who are not helpful at all unlike the Dawsonville store manager who is superb go all the way to 400 if you insist on buying but after my experience here I don’t recommend anyone spend any money with the brand period. They stated the glasses weren’t in when I found them sitting right in the sales person girl face mind you the manager Mina was right by the door they act poorly towards customers like they stealing unhelpful and rude and guard dogs mind you I already bought the glasses but not at this location due to poor service. DO NoT SHOP HERE THESE ladies all have bad attitudes poor customer service and act like why are you here like they definitely don’t need to be employed by this brand and whomever the GM needs to pop in and do random secret shoppers cause who would when I see the other reviews are reflective of who this bad behavior business is stop spending money with brands that treat you poorly shop elsewhere the items here are ridiculous overpriced and the customer service is not good.

  Sales people lie. I guess the sales guy Benjamin was too lazy to put in my sun club info and just rang up my sunglasses. Tells me I can add it by contacting custom service but that's not true. Brought the glasses in to return like it says online 30 days in-store returns and they're saying they have their own policy here that started a week ago and I can't return my Meta Raybans. Don't buy from this store.

  The service from the staff was great and they were friendly. It just comes down to the purchasing. They only had a display pair of the style I wanted. I asked for a discount on the pair and they said they could not do that, but could order them. I HATE that. I was in the store READY to purchase, but still had to WAIT. Buzz kill!

  My son gave me sunglasses as a birthday present a year ago, but the lenses were scratched and needed to be replaced. I ordered lenses to replace the sunglasses, and I went to check the lenses had arrived. There were two female employees, and they couldn't install the sunglasses lenses for over 30 minutes. They pressed the new lenses with their bare hands, even with their fingernails. Even then, when the lenses didn't fit, they did everything by pulling the frames of the sunglasses with both hands. They finally told me to pay without installing the lenses. I was flustered and cancelled the order. When I told them I wanted to cancel, the employee just threw the lenses in the trash can. They only sell sunglasses, but their sunglasses management service is terrible and their employees are not professional. I was so disappointed with their service that I will never use Sunglass Hut again. I understand why they have bad reviews.
