  I never knew there was a downstairs location. I’ve honestly been avoiding shopping with Sunglass Hut because I’ve had nothing but terrible experience upstairs with rude staff. Once I found this one downstairs, I went to look around and was greeted with an upbeat personality and warm smile. Dalilah, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. She really helped me and my wife pick out the perfect frames And we ended up spending about $700. She even cleaned and tightened the pair that I was wearing when I went to the store. I am so thankful for miss Dalilah an her amazing customer service!! This location has certainly earned themselves a long time customer. I definitely will be back to shop here again!

  If you are going to do orden online, don't send it here... It's a really bad experience... She told me that I had the wrong address or that I made a mistake because I couldn't get them... I asked her twice, and when I showed the address, she started looking for it, and she got them. The bag they gave me was all scratched. They didn't give me the Ray Ban box... the service is disgusting.
