- MMMorgan MJul 30, 20231.0The first employee I spoke with was rude. I walked in with an online order that didn’t fit. I informed her of this and told her I’d like help finding something that does. She said okay let’s get you measured first. She gave me a size (which was far off the one I ordered) and asked me what size I got. When I told her the size, she looked at me with wide eyes and said oh you are NOT that size. I felt that comment was really insensitive. Finding a bra that fits is a frustrating process. She made me feel stupid for the way I measured myself and had confidence that I did it correctly. She turned around, gave me a bra a cup size bigger out of pity, and it was way too small. She left me in the fitting room alone, so I found a different employee to help. The second employee, Ashley, was kind and patient with me as I tried on a lot of different bras. We found one that fit, and I wanted to get out of the store as fast as possible. I ended up with the wrong one, and I am dreading going back to exchange it. I wish the first employee I interacted with was more sensitive to the fact that I was nervous to be in the store for the first time and frustrated that I couldn't find the right fit online. She didn't even smile. I hope she's okay, but I thought her behavior was incredibly insensitive and unprofessional.
