- SWShawn WellsJan 11, 20261.0No contact was made informing about the delivery location so the package was left out on the back porch for over 24 hours and I have used the customer support online form to request a refund but have had no further contact. UPDATE: Any reviews claiming great customer service are false, as it has been over 90 days and I still never heard back from customer service, and my bank found that sufficient to perform a chargeback.
