- CSCheresh SmallwoodNov 18, 20251.0Had the WORST experience and I will NEVER return. I went to get a lunchbag for work. The store associates were nothing but nice to me hence the star. But the “manager “ Ms Angel??? Horrible. The lunchbag I wanted had 2 missing containers and was priced $14.99. The supervisor said she can only do 10% but the store manager should be able to do more. Let’s be honest, 10% off for basically half of what the product is worth isn’t much of a compensation. So I waited until “Ms Angel” came from the back, only to look me dead in the face and LIE! She said she is only authorized to do 10%. In what retail world is a supervisor and store manager on the same level of hierarchy?? The lie was a slap in the face for wasting my time to wait on her, to not even apologize or even offered any other solution. This was a poor experience which set the trajectory that I will never return. Poor resolution and lack of empathy. Do better.
