  Terrible I brought my hat here to get logo stitched on which they said they could handle they had my hat for well over 2 months just to halfway stitch the logo on backwards which I told the lady it was wrong and all she does is try to talk me in circles to cover the fact that their dead wrong telling me to call Jon who and I told her I couldn’t reach which she knows I finally ran outta patience they suck that’s my experience hat still undone

  Lack of communication, they have had my shirts since Aug 2025, I have called and text, just for me to call again today January 2026, just to be told they have been done with my shirts how would I know if I never received information back?

  I had a tradeshow coming up and needed our logo embroidered - very quickly - and they responded in kind. I was so, so thankful for their quick turnaround! The quality and workmanship was top-notch, and they worked with the different materials of the various shirts and styles. In addition, they were super nice! Will definitely do business with them again.
