  My home away from home. I currently live in Georgia but I just moved from Florida to Georgia. This is the first mall that I've been to and it is personable and professional. I love going here.

  Set up an appointment from a Facebook ad, promising a $250 facial for only $79. The staff was very kind and polite. My aesthetician was very nice and personable. The products and treatment was enjoyable but when the saleswoman came in to use the medical instrument, the enjoyment was over. Hard sell, stop, look in the mirror, retails for $12,000. Today only $5000. What stops you from buying today. Look at the difference this has made, these results are unbelievable, and so on. Essentially, I paid $80 plus a tip for a half hour of relaxing and a half hour of hassle. Not a good value for me.

  It's still a quiet, ever since I visit new York city queens center mall, I think Augusta mall is the quietest mall I have ever visit so far. Maybe because it's small?

  Never understood the hate the mall gets. You can spend hours in here and never get bored. 95% of the stores are run excellently. There's always someone cleaning up as you walk around. They say malls are dying, but I've never seen Augusta Mall dead.

  My mother and family traveled from North Carolina to visit us. While they were here, my mother wanted to take them shopping at the mall in Augusta, GA. During this visit, my 14-year-old daughter needed to use the restroom. Upon exiting, my 14-year-old daughter was approached by security who accused her of smoking marijuana in the bathroom. My daughter called my wife, and when she arrived, my wife informed the security personnel that our daughter is only 14 and does not smoke at all. My wife then granted security permission to search and smell our daughter to prove that she could not have been the one smoking weed, which would have resolved the allegations immediately. However, instead of hearing my wife's words and conducting a proper investigation, the security staff insisted that my wife and family leave the mall, which was incredibly humiliating for them. After my family was unjustly removed, my wife called the police to document the incident. The two officers who responded stated that security should have simply used their sense of smell rather than making assumptions. This incident has left my daughter traumatized, having been falsely accused and unable to demonstrate that she neither smoked nor had any scent of marijuana on her. This was a deeply distressing experience for my family, and there needs to be accountability or compensation for the humiliation and trauma inflicted on my daughter. I request that these two individuals offer my daughter an apology for their error, or I will be compelled to pursue legal action, as this situation is entirely unacceptable
