  Excellent customer service. The VC Team at Phipps are exceptional. I was Welcomed by a client advisor named Trokon. He was very courteous and showed me all the timepieces they had on display. I was impressed by his depth of knowledge about the brand. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for a VC.

  I had an appointment and met with Shawnee and had one of the best experiences ever while looking at buying my ideal Holy Trinity watch. This is a very big deal and both Shawnee and the boutique made me feel very comfortable and welcome at VC. We spent about one hour just talking a out watches and hobbies. After leaving I felt almost like being welcomed into the Vacheron Constantin family and much more comfortable in acquiring such a special and unique timepiece. Would recommend this boutique to anyone.

  Made my first visit and was thoroughly impressed. This was an awesome addition to the Atlanta watch selection. Great service and knowledgeable staff; meeting Stefan was a pleasure. Hope to get my grail VC soon!
