Although there are two locations, I originally purchased these AI glasses at Perimeter. When I realized there were defects, I went in to return them. Christopher, the manager, was a lifesaver—so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He immediately processed the exchange, no hassle, and really took the time to make sure I was happy. If you’re looking for real care and top-notch service, go to Sunglass Hut at Perimeter. This was what customer service should be.

I went back to Perimeter Mall location in Dunwoody and was met with the “manager” Moet? To say she was unpleasant, is an understatement. I purchased 5 pairs of sunglasses 10/18/25 and 3 others prior to this. I wanted to exchange the glasses. It was like running into a brick wall. She was totally unwilling to help and even less understanding. She wouldn’t even provide the corporate number. I was told to go to the website. She is an extremely POOR representation of your company. The glasses were expensive and the sales representative definitely does not fit in with a luxury pair of glasses. Sunglasses Hut - DO BETTER!!!
