  I originally bought Two pairs of sunglasses at the perimeter location for my mom's bday gift the day of her bday as she was opening the Tom Ford glasses she noticed smudges and scratches that would not come off no matter how I clean them. I drove to the Lenox Mall location to return or exchange them at Lennox. The manager refused to accept a clear photo of my receipt and flatly refused to type the receipt numbers into the system himself telling me I had to bring the physical receipt. I had purchased the glasses at perimeter and perimeter staff had already agreed to process in exchange for me the same day because they didn't have that model in stock. They told me that would reset the return window armed with the physical receipt I returned to Lennox expecting a simple refund or exchange. Instead, the manager overheard me quietly venting and cursing to myself out of pure frustration. I had already made multiple trips, wasted time and felt stonewalled and told employees to call security. I was escorted out of the store told I was banned and they refused to issue a refund or exchange. I never shouted at customers or employees. I was talking to myself because of that manager's actions. I've now passed the 30-day return period and I'm stuck with an item that appears used and that I did not want. This experience was humiliating disrespectful and appears retaliatory. I want corporate to investigate Lenox Mall Management's refusal to accept reasonable proof of purchase, the unnecessary use of security and the refusal to process a refund when I presented the physical receipt. I also want written documentation of the alleged ban and a prompt resolution, either a full refund or a fair exchange. If corporate does not resolve this, I will escalate this complaint to consumer protection and pursue legal counsel. I believe I was treated unfairly and discriminated against for who I am and I expect better from a national retailer.

  I have never been treated so poorly in a customer service situation as I was at the Sunglass Hut in Lenox Mall. There are two stores—first floor and top floor—and both failed me spectacularly. After a dismissive encounter on the first floor, I went to the second floor, where a manager—short, caramel-skinned—was not just indifferent but outright cruel. He refused to even consider my return or exchange, despite me having a clear photo of my receipt. His cold disregard forced me beyond the 30-day return window, and now I’m left with a product I despise—worthless. This was a gutting betrayal of trust. Please, for your sanity, avoid this store at all costs.

  If you have questions about any potential returns, staff will actively avoid/ignore you. Bad business practices, i wont return.

  I have no words for the treatment I received at the upstairs location of sunglass hut Lenox Mall. I went in because a pair of sunglasses I purchased were crooked and needed to be fixed. The manager cut me off multiple times saying that they do not fix sunglasses. I tried to say in a friendly manner that I have had sunglasses fixed at sunglass hut before, but unfortunately she cut me off once again and told me to go somewhere else. I was not trying to be argumentative, but she treated me like I was being rude, and did not let me finish a single sentence. Luckily I went to the sunglass hut at Perimeter mall and the woman was extremely friendly and fixed my sunglasses in 1 minute. I will never come back to Lenox sunglass hut again.

  Called about replacement parts I ordered 2 months ago and they never order the parts? Then I go in a month later and the guy (manager, can’t remember his name) was very friendly, apologized and reordered the parts. After waiting another month I called today to only be cussed out and told I’m called the wrong store (which the Lenox store is where I ordered the parts at) by a lady named Deena. I would never recommend anyone go to this location for the fact that whoever DINA is completely unprofessional and extremely rude.
