  First time in this YSL and the customer service was amazing. They were friendly and caring.. I had already been to several other stores before walking into this store and I said I wasn't buying anything else. Till I saw these patent leather heels I loved. The nice sales rep let me know that the Patent leather didn’t have any stretch and for me to go up in size. They didn't have that size in their store but they found them at the California location and ordered them for me. I left happy. Wonderful customer service. Thank you to the 3 gentleman that helped me.

  Animatun and Q were extremely knowledgeable and kind. By far the best customer service I’ve received from any of the Saint Laurent stores

  It always astonishes me when a customer looking to make a substantial purchase is treated rudely by a sales associate that doesn't make enough money to buy from the store they work for.

  When I say the WORST customer service, I mean the worst. Wanted to purchase a bag and didn’t because of the service. Both the gentleman and lady who work there are RUDE. Left and went to Louis to purchase because they actually care about their customers.
