- KVKelley Vickers5 days ago1.0On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at approximately 5:30PM, I went to the Nordstrom location at Perimeter Mall. I spent 45 minutes walking around the men’s section looking for a suit, shirt, tie and belt. Budget: $2500-$3000. During this time, not one employee offered me assistance, help or even acknowledged me. I saw a lot of employees chatting with each other or looking at their phones. Since I would be paying a premium price for their products at this store, I expect premium service. In these days of dwindling mall traffic and luxury department stores going bankrupt; Saks, Neiman Marcus, etc…, I would think Nordstrom would realize the value their customers place on service. Before at other Nordstrom stores I could only find little stock without the kind I was looking for, but then I came across this Nordstrom. This establishment had 2 full large racks full of this exclusive hard-to-find brand, Essentials. But I found many of them at this location and bought a hoodie and a shirt, which I couldn’t find at any other Nordstrom. This was an awesome experience and my sales clerk was so kind and helpful on my hunt for this rare brand. Her name as said on the receipt is “Pat B.” She was really kind and helpful on my quest for Essentials!!!
