  I had a very disappointing experience at this Louis Vuitton. I went in intending to purchase a handbag, walked through the entire store, and was never approached or offered assistance by any staff. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to Neiman Marcus, where I purchased a Chanel purse and Chanel shoes. The customer service there was excellent they were attentive, welcoming, and made me feel valued as a customer. It was upsetting to feel overlooked at Louis Vuitton, especially when you go in ready to spend money. No customer should feel judged or ignored based on how they look or dress. I hope this is addressed, as first impressions and customer service truly matter.

  My daughter and I have been too many louis vuitton stores around the united states. The customer service at the Louis Vuitton store in Atlanta is beyond terrible. My daughter asked two different times to have items shown to her, while carrying a louis bag, and was never given any attention or offered the opportunity to purchase. Stores are there to sell products.... Not this store. I would give this store a zero if possible. I recommend you visit any other Louis Vuitton anywhere else rather than Atlanta.You will not enjoy the experience.

  This was my first time shopping at this location. I arrived with my family in athletic clothes (and my LV purse) and asked not one, but two employees for assistance looking at a product and no one ever bothered to help me. I thought maybe they were just busy, but we were some of the only customers in the store. It was incredibly frustrating to have asked to see an item and have two people disregard you. I have never had this kind of experience in any LV store and I was very disappointed of my experience here.

  I guess what people say about Louis Vuitton is starting to feel true. With customer service like this, I don’t understand why anyone continues to shop there. I’ve purchased several purses and wallets over the years, but I won’t be spending my money with them again. The leather pull strap on my Clemence wallet came off, and when I reached out, I was told I would need to mail my entire wallet in just to have a small piece of leather replaced. That’s absolutely ridiculous. For a brand at this price point, something so minor should be an easy fix—not an inconvenience that requires shipping out the entire item.
