  I went in the store and purchased 2 rings and a set of earrings. The bag was tied shut and the sales associate said the receipt would be e-mailed. I was in the store with a friend, so not paying attention to what the sales associate was doing while packing my purchase. I left the bag in my car (garaged) overnight and this morning I got the bag to show my husband what I got and there was only 1 ring and the earrings. I checked my e-mail and of course, no receipt. I am absolutely livid. I live too far to go back to the store to figure out what happened with the ring and I have no receipt anyway. So so frustrating. I’ve never experienced this before, but it was a great lesson learned.

  Amazing Service ! Went in today with my guy to help pick out Valentines gift, after visiting store in December and receiving great customer service. Amanda helped us today, she was super helpful, friendly, and patient while we looked at the vast selection. There is a Fine selection with 14K, diamonds and a Fashion selection with a beautiful collection to choose from. So happy to have a great place to continue to visit to find more beautiful jewelry to enjoy!
