  Wasn’t even welcomed when I walked in Tuesday, instead I was given the rudest stare by some lady with long blonde hair. She looked like she didn’t even want anyone in the store and I love coming to Windsor to shop. I used to enjoy coming to this location, but I think I’ll take my business elsewhere if that’s how customers are treated when they walk through the doors. If she doesn’t like her job, she needs to work elsewhere and not around people.

  The store has impressive collection, and I initially had a positive impression until my experience on Sunday 11/26 at approximately 4:30 PM. After that; I will not return! As I was about to checkout my stuff, a staff member comes to me and tells me go back to fitting room to put the two outfits I had left there to put back on silver rack, thereby preventing me from proceeding to checkout. This had happened Despite few customers, no clear instructions or help at the fitting room. Poor organization and communication diminished the shopping experience I don’t understand which business stops a customer from checking out and tells them to go back to fitting room and put the 2 dresses back to rack? Just have a clear sign or maybe have an attendant! not to forget the employees, when approached with questions, exhibited a discourteous demeanor and show attitude Such treatment of customers is unbecoming of a reputable business! They need to seriously look into this. Good customer service will take you long way not this
